You will own the full real estate closing process from title search to final recording at a 20-year-old settlement company operating across 6 states. You will coordinate lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers while preparing TRID-compliant documents and leading the closing table. You will use Qualia or Simplifile daily to clear title exceptions and balance figures.
