You will manage a high volume of title searches, tax certifications, and attorney opinion letters, clear exceptions at closing, and prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) and Conditional Clear to Close (CTC) forms. You will act as the liaison between the company and external clients, coordinating with outsourced partners to quality-control title commitments and property reports. In this on-site role, you will work within a team of processors and underwriters, reporting to the Title Operations Manager.
