We seek a seasoned Title Insurance Processor experienced in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate transitions from residential to complex commercial deals. Clear title commitments and underwrite requirements. Coordinate document collection and prepare settlement statements. Review surveys and ensure regulatory compliance. - 1Process and manage commercial real estate closings from contract to funding
- 2Review and clear title commitments exceptions and underwriting requirements
- 3Coordinate with lenders attorneys brokers and clients to obtain necessary documents
- 4Prepare and balance settlement statements CD ALTA
- 5Review surveys entity documents and commercial loan requirements
- 6Order and review lien searches UCCs and other due diligence items
- 7Ensure compliance with underwriting lender and regulatory requirements
- 8Maintain accurate files and meet strict closing deadlines
- 9Define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- 10Solve practical problems and address concrete variables with limited standardization
- 11Interpret written oral diagram schedule instructions
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3+ years title insurance processing experience commercial transaction experience required
- 2Strong knowledge of title commitments policies and closing procedures
- 3Proficiency in title production systems and Microsoft Office
- 4Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 5Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- 6Notary Public and/or Title License depending on state requirements
- 7Experience working directly with attorneys and national lenders
