You will own the full title processing workflow for a high-volume pipeline of residential closings in Miami. You will open files, order searches, review commitments, and drive closings to the table with precision. You will work alongside a close-knit team of title professionals and report directly to the title officer. This role stands out for its focus on proactive communication and detail, turning every closing into a reason for agents to return.

You will own the full real estate closing process from title search to final recording at a 20-year-old settlement company operating across 6 states. You will coordinate lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers while preparing TRID-compliant documents and leading the closing table. This dual role demands high emotional intelligence for stressful closings and rewards precision with repeat business. You will use Qualia or Simplifile daily to clear title exceptions and balance figures.

You will own the end-to-end title processing for residential mortgage transactions, ensuring every document complies with local, state, and federal regulations. You will manage a high volume of title searches, tax certifications, and attorney opinion letters, clear exceptions at closing, and prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) and Conditional Clear to Close (CTC) forms. You will act as the liaison between the company and external clients, coordinating with outsourced partners to quality-control title commitments and property reports. In this on-site role, you will work within a team of processors and underwriters, reporting to the Title Operations Manager. This position stands out for its direct impact on the accuracy and speed of real estate closings, with a focus on regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

You will manage residential and commercial real estate closings from title clearance through post-closing at Rally Point Title Agency, handling a pipeline of 40-75 transactions monthly. Act as the central link between lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and agents, ensuring on-time settlements. You'll use Qualia and other title production systems to track files and prepare disclosures. This role suits a detail-driven coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving title environment with direct client contact.

You will own the full title processing lifecycle for TSB Title's new Miami office, managing a high-volume pipeline of purchase, refinance, cash, and seller-side transactions from contract to close. Working with an attorney-backed title company expanding from Virginia, Maryland, and DC, you will handle complex curative work and coordinate with lenders, agents, and clients daily. This role combines deep Florida title expertise with the autonomy to clear issues independently, supported by a collaborative team. You will directly shape the success of our South Florida expansion with minimal supervision and clear ownership of outcomes.

Own the full title production cycle for sale and refinance transactions, preparing ALTA statements, HUD-1 settlements, and closing documents at Brennan Title Company. Collaborate with examiners, underwriters, and closers to issue title commitments and policies, while driving files to meet settlement dates. Work onsite in Washington, DC with a tight-knit team handling high-volume real estate closings. This role stands out for its direct client exposure and growth into higher earnings and responsibility.
