Act as the central link between lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and agents, ensuring on-time settlements. You'll use Qualia and other title production systems to track files and prepare disclosures. What You'll Do8
- 1Establish transaction files in the title production system upon new order intake, verifying receipt of all required documents.
- 2Monitor title commitments and clearance requirements, promptly resolving any outstanding issues.
- 3Coordinate with lenders on loan documentation and closing conditions, preparing settlement statements and closing disclosures.
- 4Schedule closings and confirm availability of all parties, communicating final closing figures clearly.
- 5Verify lender conditions and title requirements are met prior to closing, ensuring funds and packages are ready.
- 6Review closing documents for accuracy and assist settlement staff with last-minute issues during the closing.
- 7Confirm document execution and return, then coordinate file transfer to the post-closing department.
- 8Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned transactions, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries professionally.
Requirements10
- 12+ years of title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or closing experience.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3Proficiency with Qualia or other title production software.
- 4Knowledge of New Jersey title insurance and closing practices.
- 5Understanding of mortgage lending and settlement procedures.
- 6Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage 40-75 active transactions.
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
