  • 7Stay current with New Jersey title regulations and underwriting guidelines.

Requirements7

  • 13+ years processing residential real estate transactions in New Jersey.
  • 2In-depth knowledge of New Jersey title insurance laws and procedures.
  • 3Proficiency with SoftPro, ResWare, or TitleFusion and Microsoft Office.
  • 4Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • 5Strong written and verbal communication for client and partner interactions.
  • 6Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • 7Proactive approach to problem-solving in complex title issues.
