Act as the central link between lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and agents, ensuring on-time settlements. You'll use Qualia and other title production systems to track files and prepare disclosures. This role suits a detail-driven coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving title environment with direct client contact.

You will own the full title processing lifecycle for residential mortgage transactions at Newrez, ensuring every document meets compliance standards. You will manage public title records, tax certifications, and attorney opinion letters while coordinating with clients and outsourced partners to prepare accurate commitments and closing documents. The role sits in a high-volume processing environment where precision and speed matter. You will directly impact borrower satisfaction and regulatory integrity with every file you complete.

You will own the end-to-end title processing for residential mortgage transactions, ensuring every document complies with local, state, and federal regulations. You will manage a high volume of title searches, tax certifications, and attorney opinion letters, clear exceptions at closing, and prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) and Conditional Clear to Close (CTC) forms. You will act as the liaison between the company and external clients, coordinating with outsourced partners to quality-control title commitments and property reports. In this on-site role, you will work within a team of processors and underwriters, reporting to the Title Operations Manager. This position stands out for its direct impact on the accuracy and speed of real estate closings, with a focus on regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

You will manage commercial title orders from opening to closing, using ResWare to track progress and ensure accurate settlements. You will coordinate with title officers, underwriters, and lenders to prepare policies and HUD-1 statements. This role demands precision in document recording and compliance across jurisdictions. You will resolve issues and communicate with clients and agents. Your work ensures every transaction closes on time and error-free.

You own the title processing pipeline at Raven Title Services LLC in Baltimore, MD, managing 40-60 files monthly. You work onsite with a close-knit team of pre-processors, settlement processors, and post-closing agents, reporting to the Managing Title Examiner. This role stands out for its direct mentorship from senior underwriters and a clear path to Senior Processor within 18 months.
