Title Administrator, Payroll & Front Desk Support - Fridays (Part Time)
Overview
Title Administrator role focused on processing automotive titles in a customer facing setting at the Framingham site on Fridays. You will handle front desk duties, verify title documentation, and apply knowledge of state DMV rules to ensure accurate title transfers. You will collaborate with the Office Manager and Commercial Accounts team to support title related workflows and maintain data integrity. This position offers a Friday only schedule with room to grow in a fast paced, multi location organization.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build a first class front office experience by greeting onsite visitors and guiding them to the right contact
- 2Review and analyze titles for accuracy and completeness and identify required corrections
- 3Communicate title requirements to managers, customers, and team members
- 4Enter and update information in internal databases and process payments
- 5Prepare titles for transfer and submit requests for duplicate titles or other documentation
- 6Verify buyer, seller, and vehicle information and review odometer readings and lien status
- 7Run reports and title lists to identify discrepancies and action items
- 8Answer phones professionally, assess needs, and route to appropriate department
- 9Make outbound calls regarding payment status and collections
- 10Maintain orderly files and documentation for titles and related paperwork
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 21 year of previous automotive title experience typically obtained from an auction, dealership, or state motor vehicle department
- 3Notary certification preferred
- 4Possible active certification from state DMV for Title and Registration processing depending on location
- 5Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
- 6Proficiency with computer systems and applications
- 7Able to drive a variety of vehicle makes and models
- 8Strong customer service skills and professional presence
- 9Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 10Ability to work in a fast paced environment
