What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain accurate title records in internal systems and prepare documents for transfer
  • 2Process title payments and verify related flooring and payment details to ensure accuracy
  • 3Assist onsite visitors and customers at the front desk delivering professional service for title needs
  • 4Review titles for accuracy, identify missing documents and request corrections
  • 5Submit duplicate title requests and verify buyer, seller, and vehicle information in databases
  • 6Communicate title requirements to managers, customers, and team members
  • 7Run reports and review title lists to identify discrepancies and follow up
  • 8Answer phones professionally, determine customer needs, and route inquiries appropriately
  • 9Collaborate with multiple departments to support title processing and customer service
  • 10Maintain filing system for titles and related documents

Requirements10

  • 1High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 2Notary certification preferred
  • 31 year of automotive title experience typically from an auction, dealership, or state motor vehicle department
  • 4Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver\'s license
  • 5Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • 6Proficiency with computer systems and applications
  • 7May require active certification from state DMV for Title and Registration processing depending on location
  • 8Strong customer service skills and professional presence
  • 9Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • 10Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
