What You'll Do10
- 1Build accurate sale records by entering price, bid numbers, and announcements into the LiveBlock system
- 2Design data corrections on forms and communicate issues to the manager
- 3Lead smooth transactions by listening to the Auctioneer and monitoring online bids for timely entry
- 4Ship complete sale data and ensure correct bidder numbers and sale prices are recorded
- 5Own communication with the auctioneer and dealer representatives to maintain flow and resolve issues
- 6Scale attention to detail by reviewing pre populated AMS data and updating as needed
- 7Drive adherence to operating policies and safety standards during all shifts
- 8Progress by attending weekly meetings and staying updated on system and process changes
- 9Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment and report maintenance needs
- 10Invest in ongoing customer service by resolving complaints courteously and escalating serious issues
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2One year of clerical experience with basic computer and data entry skills required
- 3Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
- 4Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes and models
- 5Proficiency with computer systems and applications
- 6Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong multitasking and communication skills
