- 2Design and maintain accurate records of sale prices and bidder numbers
- 3Enter missing or modified announcements and ensure AMS data integrity
- 4Provide prompt courteous service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- 5Drive clear communication with auctioneers and dealer representatives to ensure smooth transactions
- 6Attend informational meetings to stay updated on systems, policies, and procedures
- 7Monitor workspace conditions and equipment for safety and cleanliness
- 8Document and report any corrections or incidents using proper forms
- 9Support management with maintenance needs and incident reporting
- 10Collaborate with multiple departments and vendors to deliver excellent customer experiences
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2One year of clerical experience with basic computer skills and data entry
- 3Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver license
- 4Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes and models
- 5Proficiency with computer systems and applications
