Overview
Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Third-Party Risk Management leads development and oversight of enterprise standards for managing supply chain risks from subcontractors and offshore providers. This role drives stakeholder awareness, conducts risk exercises, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements across global operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Operationalize scalable Nth-party risk capabilities for offshore subcontractor networks
- 2Establish standards to evaluate subcontractors and jurisdictional risks
- 3Manage real-time monitoring platforms to identify and escalate risks
- 4Oversee supplier risk intelligence using tools like Black Kite and Dun & Bradstreet
- 5Provide transparent reporting on risks and business impacts
- 6Promote risk culture and collaborate across teams
- 7Support TPRM governance and regulatory engagement
- 8Lead TPRM professionals in due diligence and risk assessments
- 9Mentor staff on client experience and continuous improvement
- 10Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance supplier management
- 11Ensure compliance with third-party risk frameworks
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Risk Management or related field
- 27+ years experience in third-party risk management or enterprise risk
- 35+ years leading teams with people management responsibilities
- 4Proficiency with risk monitoring platforms such as Black Kite Moody’s OneTrust
- 5Understanding of third-party risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
- 6Strong relationship management skills in regulated industries
- 7Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- 8Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous environments
- 9High adaptability and organizational skills
- 10Integrity and composure under pressure
- 11Advanced degree preferred
