With 10+ years in compliance or risk, you will operationalize enterprise governance models and turn complex risks into actionable insights. What You'll Do6
- 1Develop the overall 3PGO strategy and engagement to land a unified third-party risk management framework across the company.
- 2Lead cross-functional working groups with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to advance 3PGO initiatives.
- 3Implement industry-leading third-party risk standards and governance practices to mature the 3PGO operating model.
- 4Author strategic dashboards and risk metrics for monthly executive steering committees.
- 5Manage day-to-day program oversight and continuous monitoring to resolve high-priority third-party risks and exceptions.
- 6Drive remediation plans with cross-functional teams to track and resolve non-compliance issues.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 210 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
- 3Experience in program management.
- 4Experience with third-party risk management.
- 5Experience building or scaling third-party risk programs and risk-tiering frameworks.
- 6Track record of influencing cross-functional teams to align on shared governance goals.
- 7Ability to translate complex risks into executive reporting and strategic insights.
- 8Consensus-building and influence without authority in matrixed organizations.
