What You'll Do11

  • 1Lead regular testing of BSA/AML/OFAC obligations to ensure regulatory compliance
  • 2Evaluate control effectiveness against regulatory and operational risks
  • 3Document findings and support remediation efforts
  • 4Assist TPRM program with vendor risk assessments and monitoring
  • 5Conduct initial and ongoing vendor risk evaluations focusing on security and compliance
  • 6Support vendor onboarding with contract and documentation verification
  • 7Stay current on regulatory updates and best practices
  • 8Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership communication
  • 9Build and optimize GRC platform for automated compliance workflows
  • 10Act as subject matter expert for SCRA and OFAC compliance
  • 11Drive improvements in risk management processes and tool configurations

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Risk or related field
  • 23-5 years experience in compliance testing or third-party risk management
  • 3Working knowledge of consumer lending regulations
  • 4Certifications such as CRCM or CTPRP preferred
  • 5Advanced Excel proficiency
  • 6Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • 7Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment
  • 8Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
