Territory Representative – Aftermarket Sales
Overview
Territory Representative drives revenue growth and expands market share across SAF-HOLLAND and Haldex portfolios. This role develops relationships with distribution partners and fleet customers while executing sales strategies and marketing initiatives. The position requires strong technical product knowledge and consultative selling capabilities.
What You'll Do27
- 1Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management
- 2Increase market share and product penetration within distribution dealer and fleet channels
- 3Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aftermarket segment
- 4Promote full aftermarket product portfolio aligned to customer needs
- 5Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors dealers and fleet customers
- 6Conduct regular customer visits to drive engagement and sales growth
- 7Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs
- 8Resolve customer concerns related to product availability delivery and performance
- 9Maintain high level of technical knowledge across all aftermarket product lines
- 10Deliver product application and installation training to customers and partners
- 11Communicate product value propositions and competitive positioning effectively
- 12Provide field support for product application and troubleshooting
- 13Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives
- 14Plan and implement promotions pricing strategies and growth initiatives
- 15Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitive activity to adjust strategies
- 16Participate in trade shows customer events and industry activities
- 17Partner with internal teams including sales marketing product management customer service and operations
- 18Coordinate with customer service to ensure accurate order processing and account support
- 19Maintain accurate records of sales activity customer interactions and pipeline updates
- 20Submit expense reports and required documentation in a timely manner
- 21Operate within budget guidelines
- 22Qualification 1: Bachelor`s degree from four year college or university or minimum of 5 years related experience in heavy duty vehicle industry
- 23Qualification 2: Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
- 24Qualification 3: Ability to write professional reports and business correspondence
- 25Qualification 4: Strong presentation skills including responding professionally to questions from managers and customers
- 26Qualification 5: Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- 27Qualification 6: Knowledge of contact management systems database software internet software order processing systems Microsoft Office applications PowerPoint Excel and Word
