Account Territory Representative-Portland
Overview
You will own account territory representation across Portland Seattle Northern California and Salt Lake City. This role guides national accounts showcasing appreciation while promoting retail sales reducing returns training associates checking testing equipment monitoring POS compliance and fostering goodwill.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build relationships with regional leadership and retail store contacts
- 2Assist with retail store merchandising ensuring proper layout signage pricing and cataloging
- 3Teach and oversee testing protocols
- 4Conduct install sales calls with territory sales managers to grow commercial sales volume and customer base
- 5Attend customer functions such as trade shows open houses and regional national meetings
- 6Participate in sales market blitzes inside and outside your assigned territory to support account related sales growth
- 7Handle other field assigned and related tasks
Requirements5
- 1Most important requirement positive attitude high energy strong communication problem solving integrity and self motivation and enjoyment of traveling
- 2Location must be within Portland Seattle Northern California or Salt Lake City
- 3Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum two years sales or customer facing experience
- 4Ability to travel up to 75 percent within your geographic territory and nationwide with typical schedule Monday through Thursday and one non travel week per month
- 5Previous automotive parts sales experience preferred but not required
