You provide hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensure operational consistency, and uphold brand standards across Orlando territory. What You'll Do10
- 1Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and reliability, supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
- 2Serve as a trusted field partner by delivering strong customer service to store teams and reinforcing Mondelēz standards.
- 3Execute daily coverage using Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing Excellence, capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI and Salesforce.
- 4Implement promotional displays ensuring compliance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintaining strong brand visibility.
- 5Follow assigned schedules set by your District Manager or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
- 6Assist with seasonal transitions, new product launches, and high-visibility promotional events.
- 7Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including receivers and department managers, to support smooth execution.
- 8Support capability building by reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
- 9Develop for future leadership by building operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for advancement into management roles.
- 10Stay safe and compliant by embracing the physical nature of the role, following safety protocols, and driving responsibly per company vehicle policies.
Requirements10
- 11-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 3Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- 4Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
- 5Flexible schedule availability including weekends.
- 6Ability to travel across assigned markets.
- 7Ability to perform physical activities: frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing, pulling.
- 8Digital readiness: confident using mobile tools like DMI and Salesforce to follow schedules and document execution.
- 9Customer service mindset: friendly, approachable, committed to positive experiences for store teams and shoppers.
- 10Physical readiness: energetic and capable of lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the day.
