Overview
Lead the DSD execution across your territory to deliver world class snack sales. You will hit numbers, lead with impact, and drive execution excellence while consulting and selling directly with customers.
What You'll Do10
- 1Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies
- 2Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers from hiring to performance development
- 3Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store
- 4Consult & Sell: Provide expert on-site sales consultation to secure incremental opportunities and execute HQ programs
- 5Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion
- 6Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service
- 7Optimize Resources: Strategically deploy merchandizers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume
- 8Champion Store Success: Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management in collaboration with FTOWs
- 9Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results
- 10Stay Safe & Compliant: Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- 2High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred
- 3Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
- 4Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
- 5Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
