What You'll Do10
- 1Build store relationships with receivers, department managers, and leadership to support seamless execution and collaboration.
- 2Execute daily coverage using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos with DMI and Salesforce.
- 3Implement promotional displays per RTM-negotiated plans to ensure brand visibility and compliance.
- 4Follow assigned schedules from District Managers or RTM to cover territory efficiently and effectively.
- 5Support seasonal transitions and new product launches with high-visibility merchandising.
- 6Assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers, reinforcing foundational skills and capability building.
- 7Maintain safety and compliance, including lifting, bending, and driving per company vehicle policies.
- 8Document execution accurately and use mobile tools to manage daily tasks and store visits.
- 9Step into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain shelf standards, rotation, and display execution.
- 10Develop leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, and operations for future advancement.
Requirements8
- 118+ years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 31-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
- 4Reside within the geographical boundaries of the assigned team.
- 5Flexible schedule availability including weekends; ability to travel across assigned markets.
- 6Ability to perform physical activities: frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing, pulling.
- 7Digital readiness to use mobile apps for scheduling, documentation, and display photo capture.
- 8Strong customer service mindset and adaptability to coverage needs and seasonal priorities.
