- 1Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with accuracy

- 4Identify needs and refer customers to bankers for detailed guidance
- 5Complete transactions while following policies, controls, and risk management
- 6Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain operations and service quality
- 7Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
- 8Escalate complex situations as directed by leadership
- 9Represent the branch with strong service and attention to detail
- 10Provide a reliable and welcoming in-branch experience
Requirements5
- 16+ months of interacting with customers or equivalent experience
- 2Proven cash-handling experience
- 3Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- 4Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls with accuracy
- 5Ability to work Saturdays and adapt in a fast-paced environment
