Requirements5
- 16+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience training military experience or education
- 2Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer facing role
- 3Comfort with structured processes accuracy and service expectations
- 4Experience building trust based customer relationships through active listening follow up and engagement
- 5Ability to initiate outreach to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to support customer needs
