Own frontline customer relationships and drive everyday banking needs at scale within a well known financial institution. Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver a consistent experience across accounts, service requests, and credit applications. What You'll Do8
- 1Build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations that support financial well being
- 2Lead discovery driven conversations to understand customer needs and connect them with banking products services and digital tools
- 3Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities promoting solutions and making referrals
- 4Support everyday banking needs including new accounts service requests and credit applications
- 5Perform cash handling and teller activities while maintaining compliance and operational standards
- 6Demonstrate comfort using digital tools to enhance the customer experience and support evolving banking needs
- 7Deliver accurate compliant service while exercising sound judgement within risk controls
- 8Coordinate with teammates to hand off to licensed bankers or specialists for right expertise
Requirements10
- 16+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work training military experience or education
- 2Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated customer facing role
- 3Experience building trust based customer relationships through active listening follow up and consistent engagement
- 4Comfort initiating outreach to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to support customer needs
- 5Demonstrated ability to learn new digital tools and guide customers in adopting capabilities
- 6Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions including referrals when needed
- 7Proven ability to collaborate with teammates to resolve needs and deliver a seamless customer experience
- 8Ability to follow policies and regulations while escalating risk concerns
- 9Ability to work Saturdays and support branch operations
- 10SAFE registration is required at start date
