What You'll Do8

- 5Perform cash handling and teller line duties while maintaining compliance and operational standards
- 6Demonstrate comfort using digital tools to enhance customer experience and adapt to evolving banking needs
- 7Deliver accurate, compliant service while exercising sound judgment within defined risk controls
- 8Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists
Requirements7
- 16+ months of direct customer interaction experience or equivalent through work training or military service
- 2Prior experience in financial services or a regulated customer‑facing role demonstrating structured processes accuracy and service expectations
- 3Ability to initiate outreach via calls or email to strengthen relationships and identify customer needs
- 4Comfort with digital technologies and quick learning of new systems to guide customers
- 5Proven track record of identifying solutions and making referrals when additional expertise is required
- 6Strong collaboration skills to work with teammates and partners for seamless customer service
- 7Ability to follow policies and regulations while identifying and escalating risk concerns
