What You'll Do11
- 1Build lasting customer relationships through proactive meaningful conversations that support financial well-being and deepen engagement
- 2Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products services and solutions
- 3Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities promoting solutions and making appropriate referrals to meet customer and business goals
- 4Support everyday banking needs including new account openings service requests and credit applications while maintaining compliance and operational standards
- 5Perform cash handling and teller line activities accurately processing transactions and upholding regulatory requirements
- 6Demonstrate comfort using and adopting digital tools to enhance customer experience and support evolving banking needs
- 7Deliver accurate compliant service while exercising sound judgement within defined risk controls
- 8Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists ensuring customers reach the right expertise
- 9Work a flexible schedule including Saturdays supporting branch operations through cash handling and ongoing account support
- 10Identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions including referrals when additional expertise is required
- 11Follow policies and regulations while identifying and escalating risk concerns
Requirements8
- 16+ months of interacting with customers or equivalent experience through work training military education
- 2Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer-facing role demonstrating comfort with structured processes accuracy and service expectations
- 3Desired qualification building trust-based relationships through active listening follow-up and consistent engagement
- 4Experience initiating outreach via calls emails or other channels to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities
- 5Proven ability with digital tools and technology learning new systems confidently guiding customers in adoption
- 6Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions including referrals when additional expertise is needed
- 7Demonstrated collaboration with teammates and partners to resolve needs and deliver seamless experiences
- 8Proven ability to follow policies and regulations while identifying and escalating risk concerns
