Overview
We seek an Associate Personal Banker to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive product adoption within our National Branch Network. This role focuses on proactive outreach and providing tailored financial solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates will develop product knowledge and build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and growth.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships through proactive outreach and propose suitable products to meet customer financial goals
- 2Assist with account openings service requests and credit applications
- 3Receive manager guidance while exercising judgment within established policies
- 4Understand bank offerings to align with client needs and present appropriate options
- 5Interact empathetically with clients to foster trust and demonstrate genuine care
- 6Recommend financial solutions and referrals to partners as needed
- 7Navigate mortgage processes including term negotiation and application processing
- 8Maintain compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act regulations
- 9Support loan origination duties and collaborate with internal teams
- 10Identify potential risks and take preventive actions
- 11Follow policies to resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements11
- 16+ months customer interaction experience or equivalent through work training or military service
- 2Proactive outreach skills using phone or email communication
- 3Ability to explain technology and mobile banking value effectively
- 4Strong relationship-building with customers and internal partners
- 5Team collaboration experience to address customer needs
- 6Military background including protocol training or benefits management experience
- 7Proficiency in customer relationship management and service resolution
- 8Knowledge of regulatory compliance and fraud prevention practices
- 9Availability for Saturday shifts
- 10Experience with cash handling and service tasks
- 11Background check clearance required for employment
