What You'll Do9
- 1Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations that support financial well-being and deepen engagement
- 2Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and solutions
- 3Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals to meet customer and business goals
- 4Support everyday banking needs including new account openings, service requests, and credit applications
- 5Perform cash handling and teller line activities while maintaining compliance and operational standards
- 6Demonstrate comfort using and adopting digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience
- 7Deliver accurate, compliant service while exercising sound judgement within defined risk controls
- 8Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or other specialists
- 9Meet the requirement of SAFE registration at the time of employment
Requirements8
- 16+ months of interacting with customers or equivalent experience in financial services
- 2Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer-facing role
- 3Bilingual Spanish English communication skills
- 4Ability to work Saturdays and flex between cash handling and customer banking activities
- 5Strong ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions
- 6Proven collaboration with teammates to resolve needs and deliver seamless experiences
- 7Compliance with policies and risk management standards
- 8Willingness to undergo background screening and meet LO/CFPB requirements
