Requirements9
- 16+ months interacting with customers or equivalent experience
- 2Bilingual Spanish English proficiency
- 3Ability to work Saturdays and flex between cash handling and banking activities
- 4Strong communication skills for initiating outreach and building trust
- 5Comfort with digital tools and rapid learning of new systems
- 6Experience connecting customers to appropriate solutions and referrals
- 7Proven ability to collaborate and resolve needs seamlessly
- 8Commitment to policies and risk management with escalation capability
- 9Willingness to undergo SAFE registration after start date
