Requirements5
- 16+ months of interacting with customers or equivalent demonstrated through work experience training military experience or education
- 2Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated customer facing role preferred
- 3Comfort with outbound outreach via calls emails or other channels to strengthen relationships
- 4Demonstrated ability to learn new digital tools and guide customers in adopting capabilities
- 5Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions including referrals when needed
