What You'll Do8
- 1Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments with 100% accuracy, balancing cash drawer daily.
- 2Welcome customers at the digital kiosk, guide them to online banking or mobile app for routine tasks.
- 3Identify cross-sell opportunities for checking accounts and credit cards, referring to licensed bankers.
- 4Resolve transaction disputes and fee inquiries on the spot, escalating complex issues to the branch manager.
- 5Audit compliance documents (e.g., ID checks for cash transactions over $10K) per FINRA guidelines.
- 6Train new tellers on cash handling procedures and customer service scripts.
- 7Reconcile ATM cash and teller station limits, coordinating with the vault custodian.
- 8Drive customer satisfaction scores by reducing wait times through proactive service routing.
Requirements8
- 16+ months of customer-facing experience in retail, banking, or service industry.
- 2Proven cash handling accuracy with $1000+ daily reconciliation.
- 3Strong verbal communication to explain digital banking features clearly.
- 4Ability to multitask across POS systems and CRM tools in high traffic hours.
- 5Detail-oriented with a zero-tolerance policy for transaction errors.
- 6Comfortable working Saturdays and flexible shifts within branch hours.
- 7Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- 8Associate's degree in finance or business preferred, but not required.
