What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and supervise club programs and services to meet priority outcomes
  • 2Design and implement teen programming and middle school pathways
  • 3Lead planning, development, and evaluation of programs to ensure member needs are met
  • 4Own attendance tracking and data reporting on teen participation
  • 5Drive member recruitment, retention, and positive partnership with parents and schools
  • 6Manage safety, security, and club assets in collaboration with staff and volunteers
  • 7Foster inclusive, respectful, and bullying-free club culture
  • 8Open and close the club with supervision during operating hours
  • 9Promote community partnerships and volunteer engagement
  • 10Monitor and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to achieve goals

Requirements10

  • 1Must be at least 21 years old
  • 2High school diploma or equivalency and 6 youth development or related experience
  • 3Current CPR & First Aid certification within first 90 days
  • 4Valid Arizona driver's license
  • 5Ability to travel between BGCAZ branches and community sites
  • 6Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • 7Familiarity with youth development service delivery and supervision principles
  • 8Ability to communicate with parents and maintain confidentiality
  • 9Evening or weekend availability as needed
  • 10Knowledge of federal and state laws and club policies
