What You'll Do11
- 1Develop technology strategies that improve profitability and accelerate growth
- 2Lead technology strategy engagements for healthcare clients including platform architecture and operating models
- 3Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables and guiding teams through transformations
- 4Manage engagement planning budgeting delivery oversight quality management and risk across client work
- 5Contribute to practice growth through business development proposal leadership and methodology development
- 6Drive day-to-day client relationships and lead projects or workstreams
- 7Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure quality of work products
- 8Mentor junior practitioners and provide clear guidance
- 9Meet deadlines while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 10Utilize advanced communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
- 11Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor degree with 8+ years consulting or industry experience including 6+ years technology strategy consulting
- 26+ years managing large technology engagements with at least 2 full life cycle implementations
- 35+ years working with senior executives on technology improvement strategies
- 42+ years overseeing AI/data projects end-to-end including planning budgeting execution and reporting
- 52+ years serving as Senior Manager in consulting or managing technology teams in operational settings
- 6Proven ability to travel 50% of time based on client assignments
- 7Advanced degree in business administration information systems or technology field preferred
- 8Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint Visio and executive presentation development
- 9Demonstrated mentoring and coaching capabilities
- 10Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
