- 6Develop roadmaps for technology and process redesign leveraging automation and analytics
- 7Provide actionable insights on AI-driven business problem solving
- 8Translate complex dynamics into actionable strategies for execution
- 9Shape organizational vision aligning with AI capabilities and client goals
- 10Mentor junior strategists and accelerate their growth
- 11Deliver quality client-ready work products end-to-end
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years professional experience in high-tech consulting or startup
- 2MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- 3Strong client communication and executive influence skills
- 4Proven track record delivering complex AI-integrated projects
- 5Hands-on experience applying generative AI or machine learning to business problems
- 6Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI and analytics platforms
- 7Knowledge of AI development ecosystems and LLM-based tooling
- 8Experience with cloud platforms AWS and Kubernetes
- 9Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead teams hands-on
- 10Commitment to mentoring and developing junior staff
- 11Valid work authorization for US employment
