Software & Platforms Strategy Manager
Overview
You will lead high-impact strategy engagements for Software and Platforms clients, owning the AI-enabled future of hyperscalers, software players, and AI-native disruptors. You will shape organizational strategies, visions, and roadmaps, embedding AI-powered tools and intelligent automation into client operations. As part of Accenture Strategy, you will collaborate with C-suite leaders to define market-shaping moves and drive total enterprise reinvention. This role offers the chance to co-create the future of technology strategy, with travel up to 80%.

- 1Lead high-impact teams tackling C-suite challenges, from AI integration to enterprise reinvention, delivering bold strategies clients execute with speed.
- 2Define the AI-enabled future for technology companies, shaping organizational strategies, visions, and roadmaps for durable competitive edge.
- 3Reimagine client operations by embedding AI-powered tools, intelligent automation, and platform orchestration into core business processes.
- 4Deliver insights on product portfolio optimization, platform monetization, and ecosystem partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.
- 5Build trusted client relationships that extend beyond individual engagements, positioning Accenture as the go-to strategic advisor.
- 6Shape industry conversation through thought leadership and high-profile forums, defining the future of Software and Platforms.
- 7Mentor junior strategists, accelerating their growth and building a high-performing team.
- 8Own all work products end-to-end, ensuring quality, coherence, and client-ready deliverables.
- 9Drive day-to-day client communication, expectation-setting, and internal team leadership.
- 10Travel as needed, up to 80%.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree.
- 25+ years of professional experience consulting for or working at a Software or Platform company, or a start-up.
- 3MBA or equivalent graduate degree (bonus).
- 4Strong client communication skills with proven ability to influence senior executives.
- 5Track record of delivering complex, high-impact engagements where AI played a central role.
- 6Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve business problems.
- 7Experience using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- 8Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies (plus).

$87 - $253k per year
