Overview
Lead AI adoption governance and scaling for clients across valuation modeling cost optimization restructuring government operations modernization business design and transformation infrastructure real estate mergers and acquisitions and sustainability. Drive AI integration from inception to post‑project evaluation. Partner with clients throughout transformative journeys before during and after major initiatives. Transform organizational structures to align with evolving AI capabilities.
What You'll Do6
- 1Help clients understand how to adopt govern and scale AI and other emerging technologies
- 2Conduct primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methods synthesizing findings from interviews surveys datasets and literature accelerated through AI tools
- 3Produce concise well‑structured writing tailored to executive audiences including AI strategy briefings point‑of‑view papers on emerging technology governance frameworks and sections of larger client deliverables
- 4Contribute to design of AI governance policies responsible‑use frameworks and operating policies determining deployment across organizations
- 5Understand how high‑performing organizations are structured operating models governance decision rights talent systems and how AI adoption requires evolution
- 6Track developments across generative AI agents automation and adjacent technologies articulate implications for future of work workforce strategy and business models
