You will work in a cleanroom or chemical processing area, following SOPs and quality processes to meet customer needs. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous skill development within Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers ATCC. You will join a collaborative team focused on precision, 6S, and lean practices to deliver consistent part cleanliness and process improvements.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform chemical and manual cleaning of parts to required specifications using SOPs and lean processes
  • 2Design and execute process sequences including masking, chemical processing, machine operation, etching, blasting, coating, drying, and baking to meet customer requirements
  • 3Ship, inspect, and package parts while maintaining traceability and quality records
  • 4Train on assigned processes and maintain daily 6S standards in the work area
  • 5Participate in safety programs and correctly handle hazardous chemicals following disposal procedures
  • 6Attend monthly meetings and trainings to stay aligned with process improvements and compliance
  • 7Perform SPC measurements and log data to monitor process control and quality
  • 8Maintain organization of process areas and manage time effectively to meet production goals
  • 9Adapt to flexible work schedule including potential weekend or evening shifts
  • 10Collaborate with team to advance skills and learn new cleaning and coating technologies

Requirements10

  • 1High School diploma or equivalent preferred with AA degree in a technical field
  • 23+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials or equivalent relevant experience preferred
  • 3Experience in media blast, quality assurance, and Kaizen or Lean training a plus
  • 4Experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies preferred
  • 5Able to read and comprehend directions, communicate clearly, and operate in a cleanroom environment
  • 6Must be able to wear PPE, lift up to 40 lbs, and work around hazardous chemicals
  • 7Comfortable with flexible work schedules including some weekend and evening work
  • 8Proficient with MS Word and Excel and able to log and analyze process data
  • 9Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety and environmental standards
  • 10Experience in a semiconductor cleaning setting and ability to follow chemical recipes and tank chemistries
