What You'll Do6

- 4Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate technical blockers to engineering teams during live overnight events.
- 5Document deployment progress in ServiceNow, flagging risks and updating project timelines.
- 6Facilitate post-install handoffs, verifying completion checklists and collecting sign-offs from site stakeholders.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in project coordination or technical support, preferably in field deployment environments.
- 21+ years using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for task tracking.
- 31+ years with MS Project or Excel for resource scheduling and timeline management.
- 41+ years experience supporting overnight or after-hours operations.
- 51+ years coordinating third-party vendors or contractor crews.
- 61+ years in technology hardware installation projects (e.g., POS systems, Networking equipment).
- 71+ years of direct communication with engineering or operations stakeholders.
- 8Comfort with 24/7 shift rotations and weekend availability during peak deployments.
