Own the day-of-job coordination for Comcast Business installations across multiple sites, managing field technicians from dispatch to release. Serve as the primary operational link between techs, project managers, and customers, ensuring 98% documentation accuracy and 24-hour upload compliance. What You'll Do8
- 1Coordinate overnight installation projects, managing technician dispatch and real-time support via chat with the Manager on Duty.
- 2Conduct pre-dispatch readiness reviews and confirmation calls to verify arrival times, scope, materials, and access requirements.
- 3Track technician progress against milestones and provide hourly updates within Smartsheet and ILEX.
- 4Validate installation deliverables including photos, documentation, and test results, ensuring approval and upload within 24 hours.
- 5Escalate field operational issues and change requests to management for immediate resolution.
- 6Manage material procurement and delivery logistics, creating purchase orders per policy.
- 7Maintain 98% accuracy in ticket documentation and meet KPI targets for installation success and customer satisfaction.
- 8Adapt to variable shifts and weekends, ensuring regular attendance and 40-hour weekly commitment.
Requirements9
- 12+ years coordinating field service or installation projects, preferably in telecom.
- 2Proficiency with Smartsheet and ILEX for tracking and updates.
- 3Strong communication skills for real-time support and client updates.
- 4Familiarity with Comcast Business installation processes and compliance standards.
- 5Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as required.
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
