What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct pre-dispatch readiness reviews with field technicians verifying arrival times and technical preparedness
- 2Provide real-time operational and technical support throughout installation events
- 3Monitor technician progress against project milestones and implementation timelines
- 4Track project status using Smartsheet and ILEX systems and provide hourly updates
- 5Validate deliverables and upload documentation within 24 hours of completion
- 6Serve as primary point of contact for day-of-job communications between field personnel and management
- 7Coordinate material procurement and delivery logistics with accurate purchase orders
- 8Assist with field service operations ensuring adherence to established protocols
- 9Maintain regular attendance and work variable schedules including nights and weekends
- 10Inform management and clients of project statuses and escalate change requests
- 11Manage installation success rates and milestone attainment metrics
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience with AWS services
- 33-5 seasons leading Kubernetes deployments
- 4Proficiency in React framework development
- 5Expertise in optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions
