Technical Customer Advisor Veolia
Overview
Lead the customer fulfillment process for hazardous waste from order to billing. This role ensures service delivery in the least complex and most cost efficient manner while fulfilling customer needs.
What You'll Do11
- 1Be the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories and provide an excellent customer experience by quarterbacking all aspects of the customer service cycle.
- 2Own the communication both internal and external for all aspects of customer service.
- 3Manage all incoming customer requests and reach out to internal Veolia resources as needed.
- 4Create new Waste Information Profiles adhering to EPA and RCRA regulations and select appropriate approval codes based on facility capabilities.
- 5Coordinate with customers to obtain required information for service requests to maintain EPA RCRA DOT and OSHA compliance.
- 6Create accurate Jobs/Tickets communicating all necessary information to operations and Billing Coordinator.
- 7Provide support for quoting new service code categories including surcharges for customers.
- 8Review and manage ticket errors after Holding Tank conversion and coordinate with internal resources regarding price book setups.
- 9Work with Contract Control and territory Account Manager to update customer price books.
- 10Coordinate with branch operations team and disposal facilities to schedule requests and communicate dates to customers.
- 11Collaborate with Billing Coordinator on invoicing for customer jobs and review supporting documents.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hazardous waste or similar industry
- 3Bachelor's degree in business technical field or similar
- 4Preferred 1-3 years of Technical Customer support experience in hazardous waste/materials
- 5Concrete statements about years and tech names such as 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
