Technical Customer Advisor Veolia
Overview
Lead the customer fulfillment process for hazardous waste from order to billing. This role ensures service delivery in the least complex and most cost efficient manner while fulfilling customer needs.
What You'll Do11
- 1Be the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories and provide an excellent customer experience by quarterbacking all aspects of the customer service cycle.
- 2Own the communication for all aspects of customer service both internally and externally.
- 3Manage incoming customer requests and coordinate with internal Veolia resources as needed.
- 4Create Waste Information Profiles adhering to EPA and RCRA regulations selecting appropriate approval codes based on facility capabilities.
- 5Coordinate with customers to gather required information for service requests maintaining EPA RCRA DOT and OSHA compliance.
- 6Develop accurate Jobs/Tickets communicating details to operations and Billing Coordinators.
- 7Provide support for quoting new service code categories including surcharges.
- 8Review and resolve ticket errors following Holding Tank conversion and coordinate with internal resources regarding price book setups.
- 9Collaborate with Contract Control and territory Account Managers to update customer price books.
- 10Work with Branch Operations Team and disposal facilities to schedule requests and inform customers of confirmed dates.
- 11Partner with Billing Coordinator on invoicing and document review.
Requirements9
- 1Demonstrable experience in customer service and waste management disposal.
- 2Preferred degree or equivalent experience in science mathematics or business.
- 3Strong customer relationship management skills focusing on meeting customer needs.
- 4Technical knowledge of waste management and disposal preferred EPA RCRA or DOT.
- 5High attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes.
- 6Experience traveling 2-5 days per quarter for development purposes.
- 7High school diploma.
- 8Veolia training as required.
- 9Ability to work collaboratively across functions and secure colleague assistance.
Salary Insight
$60 - $80k per year
