What You'll Do10
- 1Greet every guest with a warm welcome and make them feel at home, embodying the Kinder's hospitality standard.
- 2Take and fulfill deli and BBQ orders accurately, using POS systems and following food safety protocols.
- 3Slice meats and cheeses to order, maintaining quality and portion control.
- 4Restock and rotate product, keeping the deli case and BBQ station fully stocked and visually appealing.
- 5Handle cash and card transactions, balancing the register at shift end.
- 6Keep the front and back-of-house clean, sanitized, and organized per health code standards.
- 7Collaborate with team members to meet rush-hour demand without sacrificing quality.
- 8Learn and apply Kinder's recipes and preparation methods for signature BBQ sauces and meats.
- 9Answer guest questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation methods.
- 10Support the team during peak hours by cross-training on grill, register, and prep stations.
Requirements7
- 11+ year experience in customer service, food service, or retail preferred.
- 2Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 3Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- 4Willingness to learn new skills, including food safety and grilling techniques.
- 5Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
