You will own a made-to-order deli station in a high-volume corporate café, crafting sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and catering orders. You will keep the station stocked, clean, and safe while delivering fast, friendly service to customers. What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and catering items using fresh ingredients.
- 2Set up, maintain, and break down the deli station, including stocking, labeling, and dating all products.
- 3Operate meat and cheese slicers, food processor, and robocoupe for daily prep and service.
- 4Keep the station clean and organized, following health and safety regulations for equipment use and personal hygiene.
- 5Stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 35 lbs to waist height.
- 6Follow all client and company protocols for COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation.
- 7Provide courteous, helpful, and friendly customer service at all times.
- 8Maintain a fast pace while managing multiple orders and catering requests.
- 9Cross-train on other stations as needed to support the café team.
