Overview
Support produce team operations while upholding WFM standards. Ensure fresh appealing displays, assist with seasonal displays, monitor spoilage, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure fresh appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked
- 2Assist Team Leader in organizing volume and seasonal items
- 3Monitor and prevent spoilage while communicating waste to buyers and supervisors
- 4Complete spoilage sampling and temperature worksheets as required
- 5Perform periodic inventory checks
- 6Arrive on time, properly groomed, and ready for scheduled shifts
- 7Provide proactive customer service using suggestive selling techniques
- 8Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising
- 9Follow Weights and Measures, health, and safety procedures
- 10Maintain a clean and sanitary environment and equipment
- 11Report safety hazards immediately
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products in the department
- 3Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- 4Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods mission
- 5Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
