What You'll Do12
- 1Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products
- 2Stock and clean grocery shelves bulk bins frozen and dairy case
- 3Monitor and prevent spoilage communicating waste to buyers Team Leaders and shift supervisor
- 4Maintain back stock in good order
- 5Assist with sampling program keeping sample areas full clean and appealing
- 6Complete spoilage sampling temperature and sweep worksheets as required
- 7Participate in periodic inventory checks
- 8Arrive to work station on time appropriately groomed dressed and ready to work
- 9Provide excellent customer service addressing needs promptly and effectively modeling suggestive selling techniques
- 10Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping storing rotating stocking and merchandising product
- 11Follow and comply with established procedures including Weights and Measures health and sanitation and safe work practices
- 12Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment ensuring equipment maintenance according to standards
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Ability to sell proactively
- 3Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- 4Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods mission
- 5Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- 6Understanding of WFM quality goals
