What You'll Do10
- 1Ensure fresh appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked checking codes rotating out-of-date products
- 2Stock and clean grocery shelves bulk bins frozen and dairy cases monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers team leaders and supervisors
- 3Maintain back stock in good order assist with sampling program keep sample areas full and appealing
- 4Complete spoilage sampling temperature and sweep worksheets as required assist with periodic inventory checks
- 5Arrive on time appropriately groomed dressed and ready work all scheduled shifts attend trainings and model suggestive selling techniques answer phones courteously
- 6Maximize sales potential through effective procedures for prepping storing rotating stocking and merchandising product follow weights and measures health sanitation and safety standards
- 7Maintain clean sanitary environment keep equipment in accordance with standards perform opening mid and closing duties ensure signage and pricing accuracy report safety hazards
- 8Perform other duties as assigned by store regional or national leadership
- 9Deliver information clearly to team members customers and vendors meet customer service expectations follow directions and manage time effectively

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience
- 35+ years stocking shelves and maintaining grocery floors
- 4Ability to sell proactively
- 5Strong communication skills
- 6Passion for natural foods
- 7Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- 8Understanding of health and safety regulations
- 9Experience with inventory management systems
