- 10Develop training programs and serve as resource for clinical and operational matters

Requirements8
- 15+ years supervisory experience in healthcare management
- 2Current RN license and bachelor's degree preferred
- 3Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-acuity environments
- 4Strong knowledge of hospice principles and palliative care practices
- 5Experience with VITAS information systems and reporting tools
- 6Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- 7Dedication to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
