Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in hospice home health or community health settings
- 2State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- 3Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- 4Ability to lift and transfer patients over 20 pounds
- 5Specific vision requirements including close and distance visual acuity
- 6Capacity to stand or walk more than one hour daily
- 7Flexibility to perform standing walking tasks as needed
- 8Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
