Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Operations & Healthcare Packaging
Overview
Recruiter in downtown Chicago will own end-to-end sourcing and hiring for operations roles including Drivers and Production Associates at a healthcare waste company. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and design innovative sourcing strategies at scale. This role offers exposure to high-volume recruitment and onboarding across multiple operations functions in a purpose-driven organization.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer and contract
- 2Design and execute high-volume sourcing strategies for Operations roles and proactively research new ideas to attract candidates
- 3Develop talent pipelines for identified functions and key positions to meet immediate and longer-range needs
- 4Partner with hiring managers to develop requisitions, position descriptions, and compensation context
- 5Coordinate onboarding experiences and ensure smooth candidate transitions with thorough pre-employment checks
- 6Provide best-practice guidance on recruitment, assessments, and objective analysis
- 7Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and align recruitment activities with business goals
- 8Utilize sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards to identify candidates
- 9Ensure compliance with background screening and psychometric testing requirements
- 10Support recruitment topics and research as needed to improve processes
Requirements6
- 12+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- 2Experience recruiting for Operations, Customer Service, Manufacturing, or Call-Center roles
- 3Experience with Lever or similar ATS
- 4Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- 5High level of customer service and teamwork
- 6Knowledge of recruiting technology preferred, including sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
