Recruiter - Facility Operations
Overview
We seek a recruiter to support behavioral health programs. The role involves aligning talent acquisition practices with organizational goals and providing exceptional candidate service. This position focuses on hiring direct care professionals while maintaining compliance with labor laws.
What You'll Do9

Requirements5
- 1Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2Three years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- 3Healthcare sector experience preferred
- 4Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
- 5Proficiency in talent acquisition methodologies
