What You'll Do7
- 1Provide high-level administrative support to recruiters including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
- 2Support onboarding coordination by completing documentation and setting up new hires
- 3Serve as point of contact for candidates representing HHM values
- 4Assist in generating recruitment reports and maintaining hiring records
- 5Partner with team to support hiring initiatives and process improvements
- 6Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- 7Maintain ATS and ensure accurate hiring data
Requirements8
- 1Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business or related field
- 2Previous administrative or coordinator role in HR or high-volume recruitment
- 3Strong written and oral communication skills
- 4Experience with Microsoft Office
- 5Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- 6Superior time-management skills
- 7Physical ability to sit for extended periods lift up to 10 pounds
- 8Ability to operate keyboard with hands fingers
