What You'll Do12
- 1Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation programs
- 2Serve as subject matter expert on company benefit offerings
- 3Oversee pre-employment screening processes including background checks and drug testing
- 4Verify and maintain I-9 documentation for eligibility compliance
- 5Create and maintain personnel files for all personnel
- 6Maintain compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws
- 7Provide backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing
- 8Oversee procurement and tracking of employee uniforms
- 9Assist with safety protocols and corporate training initiatives
- 10Support employee relations by providing guidance and conflict resolution
- 11Draft and administer formal corrective action disciplinary documentation
- 12Support recruiter in attracting talent and conducting interviews

- 6Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 72+ years progressive HR experience
- 8Knowledge of employment laws for Oklahoma California New York and Pennsylvania
- 9Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paylocity
- 10Manufacturing environment experience preferred
